Black-eyed children Share | lotterman posted:9/14/2010 10:52:59 AM I read an article about this recently and it's really peaked my interest. The first report of this happened in 1998 to a reporter named Brian Bethel and it sounds legit. Since, there's been a handful of other reports that's surfaced; some sound sencere while others could be due to internet hysteria. All reports have a few things in common. And that is: 1. Almost all cases report a pair of kids. 2. A dread sense of fear, life or death (fight or flight syndrome) 3. one kid does the talking while the other stands behind and says nothing at all. 4. they always ask permission to come inside the witness' house or vehicle. The kid clearly states, more than once, that they cannot enter unless invited. 5. bad personal hygene. and 6. the coal, black eyes. The ages usually vary between as young as 7 or 8 but never older than 19 or 20. Below I posted a link to Brian Bethel's report of first seeing the 2 black eyed kids. Was hoping to get some feedback from you guys. Thanks for reading.http://web.archive.org/web/20050213181819/http://www.pinn.net/~royaloak/Stories/black_eyed.htmtapuout4985 posted:9/14/2010 12:44:51 PM http://www.paranormalnews.com/messagelist.asp?nForumTopic_pk=1159This links to an earlier post of mine you might find interesting.macros72 posted:9/14/2010 3:50:38 PM Ive read about these things and dunno what to think...are they kids playing pranks, alien/hybrid, some spook? What ever they are if true I hope I never meet themgemini663181 posted:9/16/2010 2:19:04 PM This sounds like it might be related to vampire lore. The description that was given describes a vampiric encounter. The fact that they ask for permission to enter a house or vehicle is classic vampire lore. They must be invited to enter. The black eyes is also classic as in the coagulation of blood. My guess is that some of it could be the usual internet assisted urban myth. But many highly respected researchers believe that there has always been some truth to the Eastern european tales and to some of the encounters in North America as well. Some of us believe that there are several types of vampires that are feeding in many countries around the world, and we believe that they have always been here amongst us. They survive by remaining hidden and keeping a low profile. One belief is that the chidren of their kind are successful hunters because no one would fear a child immediately. It is only after the victim has had a chance to fully interact with these children that they realise that something is wrong and by then it is usually too late!!!! These beings stem back to their original mother whos name was Lileth. Do research on Lileth and a lot of answers as to what these dark eyed children might be will be answered.jasmi posted:9/18/2010 2:50:40 AM Where was this incident supposed to have happened? I have never heard of this before, and I am pretty well-read when it comes to paranormal things.graphile posted:9/18/2010 5:27:28 AM It said Abilene, it's in texasf1refly posted:9/20/2010 9:19:58 PM I recall this story from years ago, originally its a newsgroup posting by some journalist. Which caused a common phenomenon which is actually a part of whats called the social identity theory, but rather the act of fitting in, its more similar to our tendancies to spread gossip, an act of desire and recognition to mirror stories often thought to be intrigueing redirected interpersonally, a platform of Ubran Legend and this story was classified as one years ago........yeah anyway, the original story is vague as it is short and implications can be taken however one chooses like any story but i would guess the guy, like so many other journalists in various fields or studies, made up a story just to have a story. In college for a psych class project, i took a friend, told him a false yet believable story and see how it progressed amongst our "click". The result showed a slight variation in the story depending who told it. its a common test but shows a possible explanation for stories such as these. Another could be pranksters as already mentioned....or sure, why not, could been vampires or demons but you kinda have to rule out natural occurences first before you examine super natural hypothesis's.
