Doom! Space storm alert: 90 seconds from catastrophe 0x6a656666 posted:3/6/2010 9:59:25 AM "IT IS midnight on 22 September 2012 and the skies above Manhattan are filled with a flickering curtain of colourful light. Few New Yorkers have seen the aurora this far south but their fascination is short-lived. Within a few seconds, electric bulbs dim and flicker, then become unusually bright for a fleeting moment. Then all the lights in the state go out. Within 90 seconds, the entire eastern half of the US is without power."Link to the article: www.newscientist.com/article/mg20127001.300-space-storm-alert-90-seconds-from-catastrophe.htmlYikes!And now a NASA Contractor saying that it's legitimate, no one knows precisely what to do, and we will soon be a planet without electricity before 2012: Here's the posting: www.godlikeproductions.com/forum1/message1005905/pg1Considering the number of earthquakes recently and the balls of plasma being seen around the sun, as well as strange phenomena like the Norway Lights...kind of makes you wonder if the 2012 doomsday scenarios and end of mayan calendar prophecies are all coming true. To see NASA scientists believing that an EMP is going to take out our electric grid shortly is frightening as hell.Ninnana posted:3/9/2010 10:57:32 AM Its kind of comforting to know that even if we refuse to change for the better, Nature and Universe will force us....Shadow0035 posted:3/11/2010 2:35:04 AM .....to think that there is so much proof that this world is going to hell and yet many decide to ignore it, it truly shows the arogence of humanity.Ninnana posted:3/11/2010 5:02:42 AM Agreed.... Government economies have collapsed beofre, earthquakes happen all the time, wars are always fought. Even if the universe is conspiring against us, we wouldn't be able to do anything about it anyway so why force civilization to change? Control over nature is an illusion, people need to stop trying to change it, stop trying to fight the system, and just live.0x6a656666 posted:3/12/2010 2:41:45 AM In Reply To:Hunter762 posted:3/11/2010 6:50:13 PM It kinda make you think, whats going to happen when the electricity finally does go out.Brighter stars, darker nights, less food...no paranormalnews.com. :(Ninnana posted:3/12/2010 4:41:14 AM Well... we will take PN with us then!
