My recent abduction. 123>BeeLever posted:7/31/2011 5:49:58 AM I was in Indiana for work, on the radio that day I heard a story about a WWII airplane they found in Mexico, the plane was supposed to be a lost squadron I thought that was rather unusual. Also an air traffic controller was talking about how two planes almost hit a mysterious flying vehicle which peaked my interest. That night I was fixing the power lines during a black out and as I got in my car to leave I noticed police lights coming my way but as they got closer I noticed they weren't actually on the road and then they started floating above me, suddenly I saw a bright light and woke up the next day in my car. I don't know what happened but I think I may have been abducted. It wasn't until I started having visions of a giant mountain like shape that I got worried. It's starting to tear my life and marriage apart. Can anyone help me?Satya posted:7/31/2011 7:41:38 AM If you were abducted - so what.....there's no physical discomfort or pain is there? Stop thinking about it too much and your life and marriage will come together. You've been scaring the crap outta your family by sculpting the mountain like shape in your mashed potatoes at the dinner table, right? The shape looks sort've like Devils Tower in Wyoming, yes? Did you know that there is a mountain range by area 51................no...neither did i until my mum descibed it perfectly.......when she was accidently dropped during one such episode....................as for help.....i suggest you read what you can......if needed will provide you with titles that do not promote the fear factor......stay well away from whitley strieber.....and you wont go far wrong.........i know only too well what its like to wake up to this phenomenon.........the panic and terror can be overwhelming.....but as you know....you were put back as they found you.....relatively unharmed.....as is usual.....i will also say too that it is unusual for this to have been the one and only.......the only reason you knew about this because you were awake...........when they usually take you from your bed..........there is oh so much more to this.......for example your bloodline.....there are a few that are very prized because of the metaphysical abilities.......but thats another story..........you will also find that you have no control as such......you cannot stop it...asides from staying awake but i dont recommend that.....right now you need your family...........dont let it tear you apart.........just get clued up.......i does get better....i promiseBeeLever posted:7/31/2011 10:47:58 PM Actually Monica I was reciting the first part of the film Close Encounters of the Third Kind. It was just to see if people would believe my completely made up story. You bought it. As for the sunburn, Steven Speilberg actually came up with that idea himself. In fact a lot of the things people claim in abduction stories are directly out of science fiction films or books.monica1968 posted:8/1/2011 5:56:19 AM In Reply To:BeeLever posted:7/31/2011 10:47:58 PM Actually Monica I was reciting the first part of the film Close Encounters of the Third Kind. But what do I know, I'm a "moron".0x6a656666 posted:8/1/2011 6:33:35 AM Open minds are constantly ridiculed for being silly or stupid. I've listened to people do this--and then mindlessly laugh as if they had discovered some universal vulnerability in people-- for 12 years. In all honesty, Monica was just being supportive without knowing the context. Being open minded is much more valuable than being closed in this world. If you think differently, that's fine. But respect open mindedness, please. I would rather have a multicultural world than a singular culture, and multicultural contexts exist because of open mindedness.Skeptic47 posted:8/1/2011 6:39:33 AM No - An ALIEN gave Speilberg his ideas... I saw it when I was abducted while I was asleep.Either that or I fell asleep watching Paul... BeeLever posted:8/1/2011 6:43:57 AM I believe in multiculturalism too. I was just proving how people will accept a work of complete fiction to heart without any proof behind it. I seriously have no problem with people being "open minded" but that doesn't mean you have to be ignorant. Don't take everything of face value, question the validity of things. I'm not trying to ridicule anyone at all and apologies if it seems that way.Skeptic47 posted:8/1/2011 6:46:52 AM Jeff - you understand that Monica is closed minded as they come, right? She is RIGHT and to her even the concept of being wrong is unthinkable.Open mindedness is being able to accept all possibilities - even the possibility that nothing supernatural exists at all.0x6a656666 posted:8/1/2011 7:06:41 AM I understand both perceptions. As above, so below. Open minded people are potentially closed, and closed minded people are potentially open. This is a very interesting issue that I have been exploring forever. Saying Monica is closed minded, though...how do you know? I personally don't think she is closed minded, I just think she chooses to support those who feel shat upon by society. But that's just me. Love and peace :) I run this site, and yes, there is a possibility that the paranormal does not exist at all in anything other than a dictionary. The purpose of creating this site was to see if it does exist. Over the years I have come to the conclusion that it does. Do hackers exist? Yes. Have people social engineered you ever? Yes. Same principles when considering the difference between the 'normal' and the paranormal. Skeptic47 posted:8/1/2011 7:14:02 AM Jeff - Closed minded people can't be open minded, nor vice versaOpen minded: Willing to consider new ideas; unprejudicedClosed minded: Not willing to consider new ideas; prejudiced.Just because someone believes in aliens and UFO's doesn't make them open minded. If they constantly reject opposing viewpoints without considering them first, a person is closed minded.I've read through a lot of stuff on this forum and I've never once seen Monica do anything but condescendingly act like she knows more than everyone else about something which is, by definition, unprovable. I've put questions to her which she has blatantly ignored. I've challanged her ideas which she fails to defend with any sort of logic. This is a closed minded person. I don't understand why you're talking about hacking and social engineering - perhaps you could elaborate a little?0x6a656666 posted:8/1/2011 7:28:21 AM Consider, for instance, your own home network. Is it being hacked? When your router reboots, was it innocent, or was someone trying to find a way inside and/or delete your security logs? If you ignore your router rebooting, are you stupid, or are you stupid for paying attention to it? In the paranormal field the same problems apply. Your pipes bang at 3 AM every night. Natural...or intelligent? That is what I meant. As for closed minded people being incapable of open mindedness, think deeper :) Duality and contradiction are my favorite hobbies.BeeLever posted:8/1/2011 7:28:38 AM If I could add, when I look at this site I don't draw the conclusion that the paranormal exist, I draw the conclusion that a lot of people will blindly follow another persons delusion because it's "different". People get bored of what reality ha to offer them and start believing in anything thats handed to them because they don't want to accept that this is all the world has to offer.0x6a656666 posted:8/1/2011 7:32:55 AM You are right, Ware. That is often what happens. People need something to believe. And it is the opinion of many in the paranormal that this need is being used by others who are not looking after their best interest. So they look elsewhere. And they find it in places like this. wavygravy7 posted:8/1/2011 9:44:38 AM I often wonder why someone who does not belive in aliens would spend so much of there time arguing with people about this subject.I belive aliens do visit earth and have for a VERY long time.If I did'nt belive in this stuff I would not waste my time belittling people for there beliefs. Why waste hours of your time on a web site, when you think it's all nonsense? spiritech0 posted:8/1/2011 10:50:46 AM Oh, no... it's "Evidence versus Proof" all over again! What was written on that infamous poster from the tv show, "X-Files", the one in Agent Fox Mulder's office? It reads: "I Want To Beleive".... Does that define the mind of a "skeptic", or fans of fiction, or philosophers, or those who like to hang around sites focused on things considered as "other than normal"? Here's a thought; Very few people in this world are remotely interested in space travel, and they became "astronauts", and even they did not venture much. I'm not an astronaut, but I beleive, and have faith, and know what I know concerning the "paranormal". For me, it's true.Is it so strange for anyone to have ever thought about other people (or fauna, flora, etc) beyond the scope of their neighborhood, let alone this one planet among all the stars (actual, exploded, and still forming) beyond the lens of the best telescope you care to use?I say that if you have the desire and the ability, then you will find the proof you seek yourself. It's just like any trivial thing on Earth; you hunger, you do what it takes to get your belly full. You want proof of "alien technology"? Skeptics will never be satisfied with someone else's pre-chewed and digested proof... Funny, but true. Books and websites can and will be biased, so get outside and prove yourself right and enjoy it. Hunt happy.Skeptic47 posted:8/1/2011 11:27:27 AM Jeff - No, I don't check my router every time it reboots because I know that I have nothing a hacker would want. If aliens have come to Earth why would they contact someone like Monica? She has made multiple claims to higher knowledge from extra terrestrials - why her? Is she special somehow? If so why is she spending her time on an internet forum acting high and mighty?Duality and contradiction aside, it is impossible to be both open and closed minded on a subject. If you reject other people's ideas without considering them in a particular field you are closed minded on that subject. The only subject up for discussion at the moment is the paranormal - Believing does not equal open mindedness.wavygravy - Who said I think it's all nonsense? I think the stories most of the people shill out her about alien abductions are a load of bollocks, yes. But that isn't the same as saying that I think the paranormal is a load of nonsense. Also, who is belittling people for their beliefs, aside from Monica who called someone a moron with little to no provication.spiritech0 - I'm happy with proof that other people have seen as long as it's something provable, quantifiable and studyable. People claiming to have been abducted is not proof. Witness testimony is unreliable even when anonymity isn't involved. The minute someone shows me a photo they've taken of the aliens that supposedly abduct them nightly, or a recording of this taking place I'll spin on a dime and admit you're all right but until that time you have to admit that I have a point, right? You must understand that wanting something to be real doesn't immediately make it so?Please tell me you understand that. godlypunk posted:8/1/2011 11:37:50 AM Ware47 are you a"ware" that Steven Speilberg went to abduction researchers for his ideas and renditions for the aliens in that movie? I was actually at Budd Hopkins house when Steven visited once. You are quite idiotic to prey on others good nature in this site. You have proven nothing other than you lied and you watched a hollywood movie. Please log in or become a member to add a post.
