Given the threats now posed to Americans’ safety from overseas, Remote Viewing is potentially an important and timely tool to help protect us and our country from terrorism, by anticipating it and thwarting it. As a result, we would welcome your assistance in helping us reach possible conference attendees nationwide to acquaint them with this powerful, scientifically validated phenomenon.
Remote Viewing (RV) is a mental skill by which a person (a "viewer") can describe objects, persons, places, things, or events at locations removed from him or her in either space or time. In other words, the viewer does not actually have to be there at the time, nor does he or she need any physical connections such as television, telephone, etc., to gain information about the target.
The perceptions gained are similar to those from all five of the known senses, but do not involve any physical sensory contact with, or any prior information about, the target by the viewer.
Remote viewing was first developed for the U.S. government beginning in the early 1970s at Californias highly regarded Stanford Research Institute (now SRI International) by scientists Hal Puthoff and Russell Targ, with funding provided by the CIA and later the Defense Intelligence Agency.
Here is a press release regarding the upcoming 4th Annual Remote Viewing Conference that will be held in Austin, Texas from June 14 -16, for inclusion in your calendar/events section. The sponsoring entity is the nonprofit International Remote Viewing Association.
