Everyone has their own theory I guess just like Darwin , was he right , will we ever really know , all we can do is be comfortable with where we are NOW .

Hi Bren ,

Thank you for sharing your dream with us , in my opinion we have period's in our life when we have psychic dream's , have you had many of these vision's in your life , lucid dreams can be very vivid , one can see everything being played out , it is memorable and it is a conscious process. Lucid Dreaming has been extensively researched scientifically , it's existence is well established in the scientific world . Maybe you could do some research into it .

NDE's are a proven phenomenon , people have come back from the brink of death and been able to relate what went on in the Operating Theatre , people have experienced many different types of NDE's from Angel's to meeting passed loved one's to going down a tunell into the light , again its what any one individual believes

So do I believe in reincarnation , the body die's , the soul flie's in my reality , everyone has a different perception of if there is an afterlife or not .

HOW TO GENERATE YOUR WHITE LIGHT SHIELDING.



The following steps are to help you access White Light Shielding and are ideally practised each morning. Do not imagine or imagine visualising the White Light. White Light has a real energetic vibration which can be felt and experienced. It is most often experienced as a warm, buzzing or tingling sensation. Your sensitivity will develop as you practise and can maintain a calm mind that is free of mental negativities.



1.Find a place where you can spend 10 minutes and where you will not be disturbed.
2.Sitting quietly, close your eyes.
3.Breath slowly in through your nose and let the breath sink down into your abdomen, then gently exhale out.
4.Continue breathing in this way for another five breaths, allowing your mind to become calm and still.
5.Continue to breathe deeply as you feel a ball the brilliant White Light form just above your head, given to you by Spirit. It may have a warm, buzzing or tingling sensation.
6.Slowly and gently observe this brilliant ball of White Light become stronger with each breath you take.
7.Slowly and gently, allow the ball of White Light to drop-down into your head.
8.Allow the White Light to spread throughout your head, down your neck and across your shoulders.
9.Allow the White Light to spread down your arms into your hands, down your chest, down into hips, down your legs into your feet.
10.Feel the White Light completely fill your whole body, with each breath you take the brilliant White Light becomes stronger.
11.Allow the White Light to gently extend outside of your body to form a cocoon around you. The edge of this cocoon is your White Light Shield.
12.Spend some time experiencing the sensation of the White Light and maintaining a clear, calm mind that is free of mental negativities. This is a critical step as the White Light given by Spirit will hold or dissipate depending on the state and purity of your mind. This is why White Light Shielding should be practised daily with an emphasis on maintaining a calm and clear mind.
13.Turn your attention to the edge of the cocoon which is your White Light Shield and know that this White Light Shield will dissolve any negative energy that comes in contact with it and that you remain protected within this White Light Shield.
14.Slowly and gently open your eyes and give thanks to Spirit for your energetic protection.

The benefit of Grounding / Barefoot are amazing also? Grounding is a great tool that can dramatically increase your meditation powers and recenter your spirit and emotions. The idea is to push your extra energy into the ground and leave it there or draw energy from the ground to feel more powerful. One amazing benefit of Grounding / Barefoot also leaves you centered and focused for the rest of the day and is very beneficial in many other ways. Grounding is the way to connect to the Earth and channel any extra nervous energy away. If you do not have the time to meditate, there are other ways to connect to the Earth. For example you could walk barefoot or sit on the ground - any contact with the Earth can connect you and leave you in a much better state of mind.

The health benefits are enormous, as are the spiritual benefits, even if you "don't have a religion." When you are grounded, you have sent all of your nervous energy away (like the negative energy you picked up from media or cell phones). Your focus can become utterly clear and you can concentrate on any physical part of your anatomy to regulate how it works. You can cause your blood pressure to drops, your pulse to regulate and your neural patterns to remain calm because there is no extra adrenaline to pump through you.

Another Benefit of Grounding is that your lungs will fill more completely with deeper breaths and as a result you will get more oxygen to your brain. If you are relaxed and your blood pressure is contained, your whole body will relax and the rest of your life will fall into place. In addition, since meditation requires you to sit up with your back straight to achieve the full effect of it's healing properties, grounding while standing still can help. Any contact with the Earth is welcome, so if you'd like to walk barefoot instead of sitting on the hard Earth, you still get residual health benefits. Walking barefoot is good for weak foot arches, especially along different terrains. Not only can you be as calm as possible with grounding, but your body can begin to shape up with this activity as well.

The spiritual benefit of Grounding / Barefoot are amazing also. Using this particular activity keeps us healthy spiritually, which leads to higher selfsteam and a higher self worth. Grounding your energy is mandatory when you are about to perform heavy meditative procedures, because you cannot find your center if you are pumped full of the days thoughts and worries. In chakra exercises, it is best if you ground first and then begin to open up your chakras instead of trying to open them immediately upon entering a meditative state. For people who perform rituals or deal with Earth magic, grounding is viewed as two-way - you can push and pull as much energy as you need from the Earth, and therefore, focus completely on your task. The main idea of grounding is focus - whether you are using it for religious or health conscious purposes. Everyone understands that if you are spiritually healthy, the body will follow.

So let's do it, then. Let's go sit on the grassy knoll. Let's take our shoes off and take a walk in the forest and let the Earth do it's part in our health and well being by taking care of ourselves and bundling all of our nervous clips and stumbles into the ground. You and everyone around you will benefit from doing this activity, so why not try it?
