When I was a kid, around 5 years old, our family went on a camping trip to Darian Lake. While there I won a stuffed animal monkey that had a rubber face and hands. It was new of course and was never owned by anyone before I got it. At the time, I loved this monkey and had it with me all the time, especially when I went to bed, I slept with him next to me. well, over the course of the next few years, this monkey came alive, kinda.

It moved by itself when nobody was looking, my mother was the first to notice this, then I noticed it because as I was getting older, I wasn't as attached to it and I would put it in the closet and would wake up in the morning with it next to me on the bed.

Now there are several stories involving the monkey but I'm just going to tell you the last one, and it's a doozy that confirmed the monkey was really moving on its own and it wasn't all our imaginations.

I was asleep in my room one Saturday night and this happened around 10 at night. My parents were hosting some friends downstairs (not a drinking party) and all of sudden, all the lights and power goes out. They notice it's just our house the power went out. So my father goes down to the basement to check the fuses. In the somewhat darkened house you could still see a little because of a little light coming in the windows from outside, my mother actually sees the monkey running from a downstairs closet to the stairs and going up.

My father gets the power back on and comes up to tell everyone the strangest thing. The fuses were all backed out of their sockets so they were not making the connection, he just screwed them back in.

The monkey somehow turned the power off thinking it would be hidden in the dark when it made its way past people and up the stairs.

My parents went up to my room and the monkey was on the bed right next to me and I was sound asleep. I only found out about all this the next day. My mother was freaked out and wanted to throw it out. My father just somewhat shrugged it off.

Well at first I didn't want to get rid of him but over the next few weeks, I became terrified of it and we moved it out of the house and in storage we had. I finally did throw it away in the garbage about 5-6 years later when we were moving out of town.

I often wish I had kept him but today I know, I figured out that it wasn't really the monkey moving himself. It was the spirit of an old lady in the house that became attached to me and thought she was doing me a favor by moving him next to me when I was sleeping. She thought I just forgot to get the monkey before I went to bed and would appreciate waking up with him.

Different people have different ideas of what the American Dream is, regardless of what some book says. To some, it could be to have more guns, to others it might be to win the big mud bogging completion with their home made monster truck.

Yes, history will repeat itself endlessly until we are extinct because of it.

You could have just put a period after "Facebook needs to self destruct." and called it a day.

"Drunk Paranormal". A group of 6 people get wasted while hunting ghosts, ufos, bigfoot and others. It's more of a comedy.

"Ghost Hunting Wars" - 20 teams of ghost hunters fight for dominance and turf in an old cemetery. The gloves come off as they face off for who gets the rights to go inside a large mausoleum. Other teams have impromptu boxing matches between the guys and sexy women catfights. They also have "yo momma" and insult battles. (I actually seen something similar in real life)

Or, what if aliens ARE from the future, but they are a different species from us that evolved after we are long gone. Some think it could be dolphins. To me that seems more likely it's not us or what we become. They might be simply studying earths past in the way if we could, we might go back and check out dinosaurs. They don't mind changing our history because it doesn't matter to them. They may know that nothing they do changes our fate or theirs.

And here I thought HAARP was a loan program.

It really does depend on the individual experiencing the paranormal, and, what kind of paranormal they experienced. For example, it's going to have different "affect" on them if they simply seen a ghost compared to say, getting an anal probe in the middle of the night by aliens or, a large bigfoot.

If this happened to me, I'd be encouraging it to happen again and would have a camera ready.

If I don't understand how it works, then it must not be possible.
