i am 36. my overall health is fine. when this happened i was between jobs & a little stressed out. yes i have had strange experiences since then. i moved from the bronx to staten island and the place where me & my girl friend lived was haunted. she lived there before i moved in and she said lots of weird things happened to her there but i thought she was just having a little fun with me until i saw a clothing iron fall off a shelf and hit her in the head, she was standing about two feet away from the shelf looking for something and she hadnt touched the shelf so it didnt fall off because she moved the shelf, it just fell.we broke up and she moved out and i decided to continue living there. one morning i was lying in bed and i heard someone call my name from a few feet away, i thought it was her, she visited twice a week but when i turned around no one was there. a few days later while i was trying to fall asleep something nudged me in my back. a few moths later i was petting my cat and he got startled and lept from my arms, i followed him into the back room where the iron had fell and i was petting him. i felt something in the room with me but didnt think anything of it, it felt heavy like humidity. when i came out of the room and i felt something hot on my shoulder, i had three scratch marks running down my arm from my shoulder to my elbow. now i know my body had no marks on it before i went into the room to pet the cat because i was working out shirtless and when my cat jumped from my arms i went in to look at the mirror in my bathroom and blow my nose ( im allergic to cats by the way ) and there were no marks present on my body.i also saw orbs flying around the chimminey of my neighbors house. bright red, it looked like they were playing tag. then they flew away. as i sat there and thought to myself " there is no way i just saw that " another orb flew by and it looked like it was trying to catch the other orbs.i also saw a shadow person in my sisters house. me and my sis were having a converstaion in her room when i looked at her bedroom door and i saw it peek inside then quickly move away from the door like i had spotted it and it didnt want to be seen. i know this is alot of stuff but i just cant explain what the hell is going on. i told this stuff to my mother and she said i might be perceptive to this type of stuff. thank you for your comment and if you have any suggestions to what might be going on please let me know. thanks

about 7 years ago i had an odd experience and i dont know what to make of it. my whole life ive had scary experiences while i was half awake/ half asleep.i would feel an evil presence around me & i felt like it wanted to harm me. one time while i was awake & i felt it around my bed it growled at me.i had always dismissed it as sleep paralysis.7 years ago im in my friends apartment & were getting ready to drink some beers hang out & watch a movie. he rented final destination. i remember watching the scene where the class is getting ready to board a plane when one of the students has a preminission of the plane blowing up & he decides not to get on the plane, then the plane blew up..... i thought ...wow .....how cool would that be to know when youre about to die in an accident and you could avoid it. as soon as i thought that my entire body grew hot. it was only 70 degrees outside with a beautiful breeze so the apartment was cool inside. i had sweat pouring off my head my shirt was getting wet and my legs were sweaty, my legs never sweat. i went to the bathroom to wash my face and when i lifted my head to look in the mirror the crazy stuff started happening. my field of vision slowly went black & then a vortex began swirling in front of my face, my left arm began vibrating violently & i couldnt control it. then all of a sudden it stopped and i heard a voice as clear as a bell in my right ear, it said " you can not escape us". i thought for a minute that i was hallucinating but i know it was real, i was dead sober ( i hadnt begun drinking the beers yet ). i wonder if this voice is connected with my sleep paralysis or not.if anyone has suggestions to what it might be please feel free to try & help. thanks
