i wouldn't doubt the gibberish meme caused by our sun if celebrities hadn't been talking gibberish since time immortal. either a.) some secret government is controlling influentials and the masses via radio waves (sounds like tinnitus to a lucky few); and/or c.) the influentials/masses of earth's population are being controlled by some alien entity
