National UFO Alert: Three states report 128 February cases

The National UFO ALERT Rating System has been updated March 4, 2013, with California, Texas and Florida moving to a UFO Alert 3 as the highest reporting states during the month of February 2013, filed with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). California was the leading high-reporting state in February with 53 cases, down from 63 January cases, 75 December cases, 53 cases in November, 83 cases in October, 69 cases filed in September and 75 in August.
