Arizona UFO reported 'morphing' shape over Scottsdale skies

An Arizona witness at Scottsdale reported an object that first looked like a "plastic bag floating" but then morphed shape revealing lights as it lingered in the sky over a highly populated area about 6:15 p.m. on March 3, 2013, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. The witness first noticed the object in the sky while looking out a kitchen window and immediately moved to get a pair of binoculars and alert his wife.
