College student gets call from other side on haunted phone

I found this phone in the dumpster by Minard hall at NDSU. Minard hall is supposedly haunted. Which brings me to my next point. The phone seems to have supernatural powers as well. Three nights the phone has randomly rung and on the other side I hear heavy breathing. Sounds almost similar to a shell, but with a faint breathing in background. The phone is not even connected. Me and my roommate have both experienced this.
