Dark triangle UFO reported over California beach community

A California witness at Imperial Beach reported a brief encounter with a "large, dark, triangular-shaped object flying straight east to west right overhead" about 6:43 p.m. on December 30, 2012, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. The witness was outside stargazing when the object was first seen.
