Queens witness: UFO expanded to reveal 'silver plated top'

A New York witness in the Woodside neighborhood in the borough of Queens reported watching a bright light that expanded to reveal an "opaque, silver plated top and a reddish-orange bottom" with winged tips and pulsating lights about 6:30 a.m. on December 26, 2012, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. The witness was lying in bed at the time the pulsating light was first noticed.
