Cigar UFO hovered with humming noise over West Virginia town

A West Virginia witness at Slanesville reported watching a "glowing, blue cigar-shaped object hovering in the sky, according to December 20, 2012, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. The witness was about to leave for work at 5:55 a.m. on December 11, 2012, when the object was first seen.
