Pennsylvania witness 'blinded' by light from cigar-shaped UFO

An Effort, PA, witness reported being blinded by a "bright, reflective, cigar-shaped light that appeared to hover and progress at an extreme speed out of sight" about 8:20 a.m. on December 19, 2012, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. The witness was out running errands when the light was first seen while traveling through an intersection with another car ahead.
