The Musconetcong River 'Mantis Man' Returns

In July 2011 I received a correspondence from a witness in New Jersey who described an amazing encounter with a 'praying mantis' humanoid while fishing on the Musconetcong River. I recently came across the following post in the Hackettstown Life online forum that describes another sighting of a similar creature in the same area as the original.
