Disc UFO reported making controlled moves over Vancouver

A Washington witness in Vancouver reported watching a disc-shaped object move out of a cloud formation, change directions, and then disappearing, according to December 17, 2012, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. The witness was working near an airport about 4:50 p.m. on December 14, 2012, and admiring the clouds when the object was first seen.
