Ohio witnesses say sphere 'dripping plasma' while crossing sky

Two Ohio witnesses at Milford reported watching a "flame colored sphere" that appeared, disappeared, and reappeared in various positions moving east while "some type of plasma or material was dripping or pouring from the bottom" beginning at 6:55 p.m. on December 12, 2012, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
