Silent cylinder object reported hovering over Alabama town

An Alabama witness at Jacksonville reported watching "a neon green object hovering in the sky" shaped like three cylinders on December 6, 2012, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. The witness was outside sitting on a porch when the object was first noticed.
