Second witness testifies to Western Pennsylvania UFO sighting

A Pennsylvania witness at Apollo may be the second witness to a UFO sighting first seen in Shelocta about 16 miles northeast, according to November 19, 2012, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. We previously reported on the Shelocta sighting in 'Glowing objects' reported hovering over Pennsylvania highway.
