Second Pennsylvania witness comes forward in low flying triangle UFO case

A second UFO witness came forward November 16, 2012, from a 2011 case near Southampton, PA, according to witness testimony received by the UFO Examiner. The original case was reported here as Pennsylvania witness wonders if low flying UFO was government built for Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) Case 34591.
