An Ohio witness at Olmsted Falls reports watching a triangle-shaped object that appeared and disappeared with a single light on the front and several lights along the back edge that blinked in sequence, according to October 27, 2012, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
