1971: Beam of green light moves along Jersey beach at Surf City

A New Jersey witness recalls an incident in Surf City from March 1971 where a circular green light shone onto the beach with no apparent beam, source or sound, according to October 26, 2012, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
