Rectangle UFO reported hovering low east of Richmond

A Richmond, VA, witness driving east along Route 33 near the 295 junction about 6:10 a.m. on September 30, 2012, reports a low flying, rectangular-shaped craft with three lights was hovering at the height of a five-story building, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
