Cigar UFO 'with no sound' reported hovering low over Illinois town

An Illinois witness in Highland Park reports watching a "cylindrical or cigar-shaped object hovering with no sound" just over the tree line, according to October 1, 2012, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
