Illinois witnesses report '3-foot bubble' UFO over Knox County

Two Illinois witnesses in Knox County reported watching a "transparent, three-foot bubble with a bright flame in the center moving approximately 20 mph and 80 feet high," according to July 12, 2012, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
