'Missile-shaped' UFO with black band reported over Tulsa County

An Oklahoma witness in Tulsa County reported watching a "bright, missile-shaped object with a black band in the middle" about 6:45 p.m. on July 8, 2012, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
