Football-shaped UFO reported hovering over wooded area

A Butte County, CA, witness reports observing a "large, hovering" silent object just before dawn above a wooded area along the Sacramento River with 12 or more lights and shaped like a football, according to June 1, 2012, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
