Many of those that are in Congress are active on various committees that could easily look into the UFO situation, but have not done so to any satisfactory degree. Excuses for not doing so are evident in some of the reports I have read. This is not a matter of serving only their constituents they represent from each state, but a national concern that should be looked at by many or all of those that are elected to serve the people they represent. The Constitution states plainly in it's opening statement, "We the People", and for me that's been lost by those we elect to represent us in Washington.
Considering that the Roswell Incident occurred some 65 years ago, interviewing first-hand witnesses has become more difficult each year, as they become fewer and fewer each year. On the evening of September 2, 2007, residents along southern England, from Cornwall to Surrey, were baffled to see mysterious lights in the sky. Several dozen people reported seeing about 12 lights in the shape of a ferris wheel adorn the sky. No definite explanation has yet been given of the extraordinary light formation, leaving the star gazers scratching their heads as to what could have caused it.
Mr G confirmed everything in that report was correct, but also added some very interesting info: upon returning home an hour or so after the sighting had taken place, both he and his son heard the rumbling sound of helicopters overhead. The National UFO ALERT Rating System has been updated May 1, 2013, with California, Texas, Florida, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Ohio moving to a UFO Alert 3 as the highest reporting states during the month of April 2013, filed with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON).
California was the leading high-reporting state in April with 47 cases, down from 59 March cases, 53 February cases and 63 January cases.
