Thanks for the link josman, I have been trying to learn how to meditate and have O.B.E.s and maybe this will help a little. I've always wondered when I meditate what am I supposed to be thinking about. Most times I try I end up falling asleep.

I find this very facinating. because you see a lot of this in many cultures. exp. - Ajna being the third eye.BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT INFO THAT I HAVE FOUND IS.... you have to meditate the right way....but also have it to where u are comfortable...i am still in the process of researching to post more.

I need to check this out. I have a hard time meditating. Trying to visualize things is my problem. I just can't "see". Very frustrating.

thats the problem normally, your not saposta visuallize. But i believe if you do it wrong you can open a door to your chakra and not close it, because i just started doing it and i am becoming irritable. so i needed to look some stuff up and learn more. Hope it helps...:)
