The memo that proves aliens landed at Roswell released online by the FBI Share | jeff posted:4/10/2011 10:02:26 AM (Reply)A bizarre memo that appears to prove that aliens did land in New Mexico prior to 1950 has been published by the FBI. The bureau has made thousands of files available in a new online resource called The Vault. Among them is a memo to the director from Guy Hottel, the special agent in charge of the Washington field office in 1950. Why now? jeff posted:4/10/2011 10:41:35 AM (Reply) All I keep thinking of is that they know the sun spot activity is going to be too much for earth to handle along with the radiation coming out of Japan, so might as well tell all. But that could be too doomy :)spiritech0 posted:4/11/2011 2:19:53 PM (Reply)I think humanity was defeated some time ago, and all the "modifications" from food to weather to man-boobs (hardy har) are simply our alien masters' way of making the REAL estate theirs without the nasty cost of cleanup. It's a thought, but then again "Soylent Green IS People": here's proof:http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2549741/postsKeep hope alive. It doesn't prove anything, except that a memo was issued describing what someone who was probably not directly involved said. The lack of further investigations, evidence and so on does support the idea that said memo was pretty much ignored. I'm not saying that there's nothing to the whole Roswell affair, just that we may never get real confirmation about crashed saucers etc (other similar reports at different times and places have been completely ignored in favor of centering on Roswell as it is).jeff posted:4/12/2011 2:10:28 AM (Reply)"Capt. Why now? Yeah, it seems something has changed. I'm sure the govt knows there is going to be an "event". So, perhaps they are preparing for it by leaking to the public in small doses.Ysgawen posted:4/14/2011 6:56:04 AM (Reply)Belief in UFOs as alien craft suits various governments in many ways. We've seen in Iraq and Afghanistan how the US government invents an enemy to fight in order to get people to a) forget the nation's financial issues and b) allow the destruction of civil liberties to a degree that would not be possible unless the people could be fooled into believing it is all to protect them from the baddies. Roswell was a good trick, and they've worked it well, but I'm not going to believe a word of it until they can produce the dead aliens. Not one credible person has so far said there were aliens in a crashed spacecraft and not one shred of real evidence has been offered.Ysgawen posted:4/14/2011 8:54:53 AM (Reply)It's a hoax. http://www.aolnews.com/2011/04/13/fbis-vault-website-ufo-doc-most-likely-a-hoax/ spiritech0 posted:4/14/2011 10:27:19 AM (Reply)Tell it to Dr. Edgar Mitchell, Col. Because I can't take you into outer space. loljeff posted:4/14/2011 10:27:27 AM (Reply)The document itself isn't a hoax, although what was told to the FBI agent here could be, if Bruce Maccabee was correct. gary107 posted:4/14/2011 11:38:00 AM (Reply)by having such a report sent to him, JEHoover could use it to suggest to Truman [then President] that the FBI should handle the investiation into the situation and that Hoover should be put in charge or at least included on any panel or committee which would be placed in charge of carrying out the matter with descretion. That would be the reason for such a FBI memo. Which means JEHOOVER was again trying to increase his own power and importance. gary107 posted:4/14/2011 11:41:43 AM (Reply)/investigationgary107 posted:4/14/2011 11:43:54 AM (Reply)nothing historically new here, he was always doing that sort of agency building for his FBI.spiritech0 posted:4/14/2011 10:43:38 PM (Reply)I've got a long link to the April 24, 2010 show/podcast where "You will hear actual audio recordings of U.S. Presidents, astronauts, and high-ranking government officials discussing and commenting on UFOs and the alien presence on earth." This is a three hour long show based in NC. The audio collection is intriguing. I implore you to listen to the entire three hours, if not for the important information, then something to consider.http://www.wwnc.com/cc-common/podcast/single_page.html?podcast=SpeakingOfStrange&selected_podcast=4-24-2010%2520hr%25201.mp3gary107 posted:4/19/2011 2:26:19 PM (Reply)"new" old FBI report from 1949.
