http://mysteriousuniverse.org/2011/04/black-eyed-kids-insidious-threat-or-myth-in-the-making/I had recently come across this one and I have to admit this is the first time I have heard about it. Yes its just in time for Halloween, its Black Eyed Kids. Not to be confused with the Black Eyed Peas but equally as disturbing on a certain level. lol

I think there probably was something to the Black Eyed Kids thing originally, though no idea what, and by now it's become an Internet urban legend, so we may never sort it out.

I wonder if some of those stories aren't possibly weird run ins with kids drugged out of their minds. (With fully dilated pupils)Well the witnesses said their eyes were totally black but could that have just been fear and confusion maybe clouding their recollections? well maybe not, I don't know enough about it.Just in case to be on the safe side if I have any run ins with BEKs I am going to dropkick them like a football and see if they bounce.(And don't worry I will gather distance, hangtime and bounce charecteristics data to keep the study scientific in nature.)

Maybe some BEK's are druggies and some are old school demons, They ask to be invited into homes just like traditional western demons but like most things theres to much fiction attached to them now so who knows

You know that thought did cross my mind and seems to be some weird common thread in the stories. They always seem to want to be invited into either a car or a house. You would think that if it was just druggies the stories would be more violent in nature, I mean I don't think they would bother waiting for an invite.

All of this relative "new" talk of the black eyed children puts me in mind of an incident back in High School. I was a teenager and myself and another friend of mine were cruising around in a nearby, reliativly small city and a girl in the back seat of a car driven by her parents caught my eye. I was not sure why at first, but we followed them to Wal Mart and I parked and  I boldly go over to the car where the girl was sitting, listening to the radio while her parents shopped. As I approached her I noticed the blackness of her eyes and the attraction instant. I had never been that bold up to that point or since in meeting women. As I never actually formally went out with her or pursued a relationship with her, I had never thought of it as being an extraordinary meeting, except of myself being out of character on wanting to meet her so intensely and honestly thought it was just a pigmentation problem with her eyes; problem meaning different , not a problem , problem, LOL, if that makes sense.Thoughts anyone?

I was reading through an old book I have, The  Supernatural by Douglas Hill, and came cases in there from the 1870's of the Hollow Eyed children they're discription matches the BEK almost to the letter, except they were excluesivly in Whales and targeted mine managers and railway workers.  But other than in that book I havent been able to find anything else on the case so could be fiction.

In the answer to yr question.."Are they real" i guess the answer to that would be yes to the person seeing such, not withstanding LSD or any other mind altering substances affecting judgement....There was a young lady who posted on here a while back claiming to have seen such...

IDK but I have heard many eyewitness accounts of these children.Who knows if it's true but the people that have had contact have really creepy stories and do not sound like they are making it up.
