Mind over Mattress Share | macros72 posted:1/26/2012 4:46:44 PM (Reply)Do you struggle to get out of bed in the morning? Prone to that "just ten more minutes" time warp? Hate alarm clocks and/or always set them up incorrectly? Youve smashed your alarm clock? Erm, time and clocks are a mystery? Well heres the solution. When you retire to bed think of the hour you wish to get up at in the morning(i.e. 7am). Now tap your head against the pillow 7 times. Then imagine yourself waking up in the morning feeling refreshed and full of energy. Now fall into sleep and you will wake up at 7am! You wont be grunting at the alarm clock nor preferring ten more mins of time warp terror. Give it a try and be amazed. Jester87 posted:1/27/2012 12:33:40 PM (Reply)I tried it... And it didnt work exactly... I did wake up completely refreshed... at 11:20 (12 minutes ago) I was aiming for 8AM ... But hey, I jumped right out of bed and was ready to go!macros72 posted:1/27/2012 5:47:29 PM (Reply)Have you tried Mind over Mattress? Still having trouble waking up on time?
