Wow, great story. Where exactly were you when you saw the object in the sky that day? Have you ever found any other reports about the incident as well?

The problem with substantiating our hypotheses using the scientific method is that in order for any successful experiment to be conducted, we have to have a control group. Since we don't have that 'data' or 'proof' of the exisence of ghosts, that is pretty much impossible. I'm all for using the scientific method as a general rule, but in reality it's currently impossible to do so.

When you mentioned the magazines you did from the 50's and 60's, I knew you was spot on with what you were saying.  I have had a n intriguing interest in UFOs sine I seen my first in 1957 at the age of 5.  On that morning we had gotten up early because we were butching a hof that day, and back then, a butcher came out with a pick-up truck equipped with a winch to host the hog, and skin it.  The butcher happened to be my Uncle, and he and my father were out in a corner of the barn lot getting things ready.  At the same time, My Aunt, who had come with my uncle to visit and help my mother process the hog, were standing there, as was I.  The time of year was in the spring, so I will say April or may, and the sky was as clear as bell, and deep blue.  My Aunt was the first to notice the odditty in the sky, and quickly pointed it out to us, and my Mother yelled out to my Dad about what we were seeing.  Of course, we all looked skyward.  The object was almost directly over head, but a bit to the north.  I was a silver object that reflected the morning sun, which was what first caught my Aunt's attention.  As we watched it, it looked as if it was almost flipping over itself, but it was pretty high in the air, so that could have been an optical illusion.  Then after a few seconds, it took off at a head-turning burst of speed.  I will never forget what my Aunt said that morning, "I don't know what that was, but it sure wasn't like any thing I have ever seen before.  My uncle and dad, had by then joined us in the front yard, and my Uncle quipped up and said, "We I am sure it wasn't a plane, but we don't have any planes that could fly half that fast."

Though it had spurred my interest, I never thought a lot about it till my day brought home a magazine a few years later, (early 60s) that had an article about UFOs in it.  I am not sure which magazine it was, because there were several of them in the day, Saga, Argosy, True, Male, Man's Life, Man's World; well you get the idea.  At any rate, many of those magazines all carried stories at various times about UFOs, and also about the men in black, who drove black Lincoln Continentals, which is a story for another day.  At any rate in those years, 1962-1970, there were several in-depth stories about UFOs. In fact, I remember reading the book "Flying Saucers: Serious Business" while I was still in High School, and I grafuated in 1970.  So I can say without a doubt, that the interest in UFOs was "serious business" clear back in the 50's and 60's, because people were seeing them, taking pictures of them, and talking about them. 

As for Roswell, I can't actually remember when I first knew about it, because I feel like I have known about it all my life, but I am sure that it was sometime in the early/mid 60s.  Long before the stories of the 80's, when by then I had already been in the military for over 10 years, and seen more than one incident that could not be explained.

Hey great article.  I've been to this guys site www.getghostgear.com and even attended one of his lectures years ago, good stuff.  I wish the people they put on the T.V. shows spoke half the truth this guy does.  There are alot more articles on the site to check out too.  The equipment that they used to sell isn't there right now, but I hope they are going to put their shopping cart back up soon, they had the best prices.

Wow, this beats all. A truely laughable post.  You, a grown up?.....only in perhaps the physical sense. A feeble minded person, maybe. A disinformation specialist, doubtful. But just plain wrong, most definately. This is clearly the smattering of one lie over another. The evidence far out weighs you sir.....you would know this if you looked at it. Thanks for the resume though.

Astonishing daytime UFO footage confounds Bulgarian Ufologists

The daytime UFO footage shown in the video below comes from Bulgaria where it seems  a passenger on a train going through the countryside inadvertently captured a mystery object on film.

Canadian UFO researcher, 'Slushpup' who runs the well known UFO forum: The Ufology Network has brought this into public view. Regarding the footage he wrote the following comment on his YouTube Channel:

'First they (The Bulgarian ufologists studying the footage) were thinking that this guys are kidding with them.. and this is fake.. but when they start to do an analysis, frame by frame, they found that the video is not manipulated and is real raw video of an object.. Is it real or fake. Your help is needed!'

Bulgaria made UFO news recently when it's space agency announced that it had concluded, based on a lengthy study, that aliens are communicating with earthlings via crop circles.
