Ususally, I'm just waking up when I've seen "rainbow" hallucinations. The first occurence was before I ever experimented with any drugs/alcohol. I was about 13 when it first happened. I was napping late in the evening and I woke up on my stomach, my face toward the wall. I saw a very cartoonish outline of a girl as if looking from behind her, and she was walking away. The outline was made of the same kind of impression a flash of a camera leaves in your eyes. The girl faded and words written backward appeared. I couldn't make them out, partially because I was freaking out right about then. The wall was like a weird movie screen. While I was seeing this, I tried to get up .I had the sensation that a large person was on top of me holding me down. I tried to turn my head, move my arms and eventually tried to scream. I couldn't move or make a sound and I was panicking. After what coud have only been 2 minutes, I broke out of this hold and ran into the living room scared out of my mind. I have a form of Sleep Paralysis. I don't know if you were paralyzed at any point, but hallucinations commonly occur with this. Your mind awakens from sleep, but your body remains in the sleeping state. You teeter between the dream world and real world, so the hallucinations can be intense and dreamlike. A strange image would form in front of my eyes displaying one side of a odd looking head that had black moist eyes. The face at first would grab my attention leaving me laying there thinking - wow! But then it would move closer until its eye was almost touching mine. I`d then jump upright, eyes wide open. Around the same time as these wieird events i recall alot of "bumps in the night" or "ghostly type activity". I can remember one night getting up to visit the loo and going to the window because everything was deadly quiet outside, and everything seemed still?!?!In my early thirties the same thing happened again only this time the face or head looked younger - this scared the hell out of me. I saw its face full on as it appeared to be glancing over my left shoulder. And finally, around 2 years back on a sunday afternoon i went for a nap after a heavy sunday lunch. I couldnt drift iff into sleep so i just lay there, eyes closed listening to the radio. Another episode or vision occured. A tall broad shouldered man with a odd head stood in what appeared to be a arched room made of stone. He almost looked human apart from the fact that his face seemed stretched horizontally, thin neck, long human looking eyes, high stretched cheek bones and no hair. He wore a tan coloured robe or gown. For a few micro seconds I just took in the amazing image thinking "where the hell as this come from?" Then reality kicked in and my thoughts where "OMG, its real!!!!" Needless to say, i jumped up, left the bedroom and took the dog for a walk pondering over this wierdness. All these experiences are the kind that one finds hard to talk to others about. On a hillside behind my house. A silver hat shaped thing glinted in the sun. I remember these three beautiful blond people wearing light blue uniforms. The woman was in front and two men walked slightly behind her on either side. I remember thinking that they were like ancestors or something. My mother told me later that I kept telling her and my dad that my real family was up there.About seven years old I remember coming down the stairs and seeing my parents and my brother all standing in mid step as if frozen in place. I remeber seeing something that reminded me of a humanoid like preying mantis with orangish tan skin. That's all I remember of that.It really started at the age of 16 though. At least that;s when I knew something otherworldly was going on. I woke up in the middle of the night to a low humming sound. There were bright light coming in the window. I jumped off the bed and started for the door. Then I heard something at the front door in the hallway so I croutched down on the floor and in my panic, tried to hide under my dresser. The problem was that I could not fit under it, the legs being only 6 inches or soo off the floor. I saw something come into the bedroom and I turned to crawl away. The next thing I knew, I woke up in the morning. I went to school the next morning very shaken and thinking that I must have had a really bad dream. I felt otherwise but I didn't want to believe it. I found a strange two inch long scar on my arm that had never been there before. I kept getting flashes of this thing with huge oval black eyes. From this point things happened 1, 2, even 3 times a week for two years before I went to see Hopkins and try to put some things together. In this experience I was "carried" out to what reminded me of a large silver colored bullet. They kept telling me I was going to be alright and they did some tests on me or something. Not really sure of what all it entailed. The area of the yard outside my window never grew any grass in a five foot circle for three years after that.Sorry, I skipped around a bit. It was in the middle of winter at night and the sky was cloudy. Suddenly a blue light came out of the clouds and my brother said to me, "Wow, lightning." When I looked out the window, a glowing blue object was slipping through the clouds straight down but very slowly. It eventually landed but I didn't quite get the impression that it was a meteor as it was too slow. About 30 minutes later I stood on the porch and saw about 8-10 helicopters flying over the spot where the thing had fallen. Didn't find anything on the news about it the next day, either. Makes me wonder how many helicopters are generally sent out to investigate falling objects. Seemed a bit much if it had been just a meteor.3/8/2010 6:56:54 AM
