UFOs From Russia - The True Story
Written By: Pavel Poluyan

By this letter I emphatically protest against the book UFO CASE FILES OF RUSSIA by Philip Mantle & Paul Stonehill. This is the book of lie. This is the deceitful book. It is not necessary to mix up together legends, visions, disinformation and truthful information about the secret flight vehicles.

Russian scientists are familiar the secrets of real UFO - electro-kinetic flight vehicles. I assert this and I am ready to guarantee this! I work at the enterprise, where are used these electromagnetic pulse technologies.

We must liquidate the secret of this problem. Please rest assured that I will do my best to bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion. I am sure you will understand that my actions will be in the best interests of both our countries.

UFO FROM RUSSIA

UFO-The True Story

Recently, I have come across an interesting article published in Russian version of the periodical "Popular mechanics". It was entitled "The interrupted flight. The Russian flying saucer could become the invisible intelligence officer or super-liner". Well, our ever-changing epoch tends to reveal even the most hush-hush data including military secrets. This will be the main subject of this article.

Terrestrial origin of the Extraterrestrial Machines

The article informed of a new collaborative process between the Russian company "EKIP" and the American Research Navy Center to create a unique flying apparatus. The article also contained an interesting photograph of a functioning prototype.

Well, this is great news indeed. Interestingly, but on February 6th, 1992 Head of a special Government’s Committee had stated that he could demonstrate "Russian UFO". True. A disc-like apparatus "EKIP" was able to take off and remain in the air for a while. However, back then, explanations that were given to the general public regarding the actual principle of the flying machine appeared to be quite vague. It was noted that a special "air cushion" could have indeed occurred as a result of a pair of turbo-reactive engines. However, the engines could not have allowed for an absolutely vertical take off.

Afterwards, Boris Yeltsin offered the French to "participate in the production process of the machine." Today, after 15 years, the Russian creation is going to the mass production. The operation is being sponsored by American government. In addition, the article also mentions a similar Chinese-Russian project.

As a result, such "UFOs of earthly origin" could in fact outshine those mysterious aliens in their unidentified flying objects. However, would it possible to assume that the entire science of ufology is nothing but a mere secretive component of the real story of flying objects? Of the ones that are currently being "created anew" by Russians and sold to Americans?

UFO above Krasnoyarsk

In December of 1989, Russian town of Krasnoyarsk was overflowing with rumors. People claimed that strange flying objects had been cruising the sky at night, while the local police unit had been observing them messing with electrical posts. Events of that night were later described in tedious details in one of the books entitled "UFO above Krasnoyarsk". However, this was the first and the last time that such objects appeared in the region. Soon afterwards however, a considerable number of local human-mediums began establishing contacts with the cosmos and receiving messages from above. Many refused to believe their gibberish. But what other choice did they have? Everyone really did witness those flying objects patrolling the night’s sky. Where did they come from?

In 1995 I have published an article entitled in one of the Krasnoyarsk newspapers entitled "Lie of the century. UFOs are created in Pentagon". Afterwards, several more articles and TV programs followed, all attempting to reveal the mystery behind such phenomenon. That is why it makes me happy to see that the fog around "UFOs" slowly starts to clear. I guess many will agree that genuine truth, no matter how ugly it may be, is better than a pretty lie.

A tale of an umbrella-airplane

Often, TV documentaries about the history of aviation include some fragments of old newsreels where one can clearly observe rather strange objects among numerous ancient old models of airplanes. The object resembles a typical umbrella with a motor and a pilot. This "umbrella-plane" had been tested in 1911 in the US by a scientist Chance Vought.

The umbrella-airplane from the newsreel surely looks quite funny. But do you really think that a practical American will spend his money on creating a flying apparatus for pure fun? Of course, not. The flying principle resembles that of traditional airplanes. However, back in 1911, there were no technologies allowing the use of the flying principle to the fullest extent.

Afterwards, Chance Vought became the head of a major airplane manufacturing company. Some of this airplanes were oval.

However those UFOs that appeared in the States at the end of 40s of the XX century had little in common with traditional airplanes. They resembled giant phone amplifiers. They even had a similar way of working: a thin metal membrane under the influence of a series of electrical magnets began vibrating with an ultrasound frequency. As a result, the airplane was able to take off while being supported by a columnar ring-shaped vortex caused by vibrayion.

UFO-Story

Someone named D.P in his electronic message to me has written the following, "What a magnificent spectacle - a conical column of bright light with a real snow storm inside and a brightly lit flying apparatus which tops the structure." Let me explain. A UFO possesses a brightly lit vortex activator which is being ionized. Afterwards, it starts to vibrate. Moisture from the prevailing gas environment within the vortex starts to freeze. In the end it results in the creation of myriad of snowflakes and forms "a mysterious light beam. Whenever the apparatus starts to move, that columnar vortex twists and turns while snaking behind the machine (this particular "twisting of the beam of light" has caused numerous ufologists to believe in myths and legends of anti-gravitation).

My friend engineer D.P. mentioned earlier has worked at one military facility located in Kazakhstan. Nowadays, he lives abroad. That is why he informs me of all the details regarding the actual structure of those UFOs via e-mail. As you have probably already realized it, Russian military specialists did not require much time to reveal the mystery behind American UFOs and create their own.

Americans were obviously furious with such impudence from Russians. No one could possibly decipher UFO technology! So later, "Aviation Week and Space Technology" magazine has published the following, "Russians tested their electric-pulse anti-freezer without success." Russians in turn, published a rebuttal in a magazine entitled "Modern generation technology". The article contained a detailed scheme of the device followed by additional comments.

Thus, The umbrella-plane was tested by inventor Chance Vought in America in 1911. This very flying device was the ancestor of "flying discs" or "flying saucers". The first flying discs used the same scheme but on a higher technological level. The very form of the first flying discs is flat from below, prominent and streamline on the top, it means that it was very important for these objects to be oriented down with its surface with a higher head resistance. This only fact is enough to understand that such discs rest upon the air.

What is the essence of the aerodynamic effect? As long as a flying disc doesn’t throw out anything like rockets do, there will be no lift. This can be a ring whirl, as it doesn’t draw the disc back. The disc must be delayed on the whirl just for a couple of microseconds because another whirl is formed within this period. Air rejection gives rise to reactive force, a disc takes off, and a whirl that appears under the disc prevents the disc from drawing in until another whirl is formed. The time between these whirls is insignificant. The whirl draws in much air in the revolving, consequently, a disc can give it a bigger impulse within the period when a whirl is being formed, and it itself then moves higher.

However, the first flying discs had many defects. First of all, the push surface couldn’t resist and broke that further caused catastrophes. It was this elastic foil that US Air Force Captain Jesse Marcell found on a farmer-s field, this case gave rise to the sensation about the Roswell incident in July 1947. Second, the disc was unsteady: it fell sideways as it slipped off the whirls. Third, flying discs with impulse electromagnets were heavy, with high power imputs and couldn’t cover long distances (as one correspondent told me, Americans had to deliver their flying discs to the Soviet shores in submarines). Certainly, this kind of aircrafts was improved, but another generation of apparatuses appeared by that time, their airframes were not shaken with electromagnetic field. It was made of piezoceramics and vibration appeared as a result of the piezoelectric effect. Apparatuses of this generation were no longer in a disc shape, they were balls, ellipses and other volumetric figures surrounded with a halo of ionized gas.

Finally, the third generation of flying discs consists of dark objects in which only small zones, whirl activators, are glowing. The light goes downwards when the disc is to take off, to the side when it is to move sideways or the light shines in the form of a pointed bracket at manoeuvres. The zone of whirl activation appears in any part of the airframe consisting of cell contacts. Uneven cells are joined together (this is the base), and voltage is sent to the other cells through a regulating switchboard. The airframe is monolithic and doesn’t vibrate, but the adjoining air is artificially ionized, and current impulses that slip by at a megahertz frequency made it expand. The principle of thermal sources of sound is known rather well, but it wasn’t effectively used in other scientific fields.

I hope that readers will be able to identify the following kinds of apparatuses with those that are described in the my "The X-file".

But what is "EKIP"? Nevertheless, I assume that Russian engineers who designed "EKIP" have actually introduced a truly unique technical solution where the vortex creates the main lifting power and equal distribution of powerful currents from the turbo-jet engine creates a horizontal draught, thus helping to stabilize the flight. American engines stabilize their flights by means of the same process which happens on the circumference of the apparatus (those are huge brightly lit "illuminators" surrounding the "UFO").

Secret services reveals the truth

Recently one of the newspapers entitled "KGB Unveiled UFO Secrets". The popular newspaper has made public the content of the so-called "blue file", which KGB of the USSR had once forwarded to Russian ufologists. However, despite the promising title, no secrets had been revealed. It simply included several facts about specific locations where such unidentified flying objects were spotted by Russian military radars. In addition to this First Russian TV channel aired a documentary "America’s Top Secret territory." Its authors rather obviously hinted at the fact that such unidentified objects were produced by American secret facilities. Numerous publications regarding UFO have followed. Also, there are finders of truth in THE USA. For example: "Roswell Declassified" (Jim Wilson, Popular Mechanics magazine). Now to declassify UFO-information France promises. But who will have time forward? Russians or Frenchmen?

No more UFOs

Basically, there no longer remains a mystery behind UFOs. Ufologists often accuse me of disregarding the unidentified phenomenon. Undoubtedly, there still remain a whole lot of mysterious and unexplained wonders around us. However, we do not consider an ordinary TV set to possess some magical qualities and represent "a magic crystal". So why should we believe in aliens and in a rather terrestrial origin of UFOs if their technology is well-known and far from fantastic?

UFO politics. Is the US government ready to open up its military secrets?

Question. Pavel, in your book, you try to prove that there are no extraterrestrials at all, while flying saucers are secret devices made in the USA in the late 1940s for reconnaissance and diversion. Is this not too bold?

Answer. You mean that extraterrestrials are gentle people, while the Americans should be offended? I will start in a roundabout way. 60 years ago, June 1947, the so-called Roswell incident took place in the US: a flying saucer crashed. The US military stated that it was a secret balloon had fallen, while journalists put forward the UFO version, because, at that time, in the US, flying saucers were often observed. Therefore, since that time, the myth of extraterrestrials has been alive.

Unfortunately, the truth is more prosaic: in the 1940s, the US actively tested secret flying devices that often wrecked. And it is obvious that these were namely tests, because different devices with different types of engines were seen. Look at least into the Bruce Maccabee book, (UFO-FBI CONNECTION. The Secret History of the Government’s Cover-Up): there are different declassified reports from government institutions. There is also evidence that the flying saucers of the 1940s had nozzles, vertical trimmers, and flew in a zigzag way, so an inversion track could be seen after them.

Let us logically think: if the flying discs are not hallucinations and not natural phenomena but artificial devices, there are only two variants: they were produced either on the Earth or somewhere else. UFOs seriously differ from aircraft and helicopters: they have no wings, they are silent, and they have some luminescence around them. Therefore, the extraterrestrial version is the most logical. However, this explanation is too impossible, too fantastic, however, it sounds very romantic. On the other hand, in the 20th century, technological change brought many surprises to mankind: let us take the nuclear bomb. Who knows what else could have been born in secret laboratories, for astronomical sums were invested in the arms race.

Q. Following your thought, in the middle of the 20th century, did scientists discovered the secret of anti-gravitation?

A. The most laughable thing is that to explain how flying saucers fly, no exotic theories are needed about some unknown anti-gravitational fields. The secret of these unusual devices is in the cunning use of a special aerodynamic effect, which was known already at the beginning of the era of aircraft construction.

As a child, you most likely played with an opened umbrella: while moving it abruptly towards you, you could feel the resistance of the air mass. People already played these games in the early 20th century, when the first planes started. In some old chronicles, you could see among other flying shelves an odd device: a huge umbrella with an engine and pilot. The umbrella moved sometimes up, sometimes down, the device became airborne and again returned to the ground. That was the ancestor of flying saucers. Here, the effect of repulsion from surroundings is at work. In this way, birds and butterflies fly. However, a human being cannot repulse from air, Icarus could only be in myths. While, in a more thick surroundings, for example in water, people can repulse while swimming. More interesting than a small bird is how a dragonfly flys: it can simply hang in the air while minutely moving its wings. Therefore, if a human being was equipped with huge wings to repulse air very quickly, he could try to compensate for gravity with the whole sum of repulsing impulses. However, you hardly could imagine plane wings trembling in a dragonfly way. It is much easier to imagine a kind of umbrella with which we catch air. An umbrella in the form of a disc.

There is no miracle in the parachute. Physically, the essence of the process is that the great square of the canopy, while slowly moving down, meets frontal resistance, which compensates for gravity’s pull on the parachute jumper. The form is also very important: the hollow surface has the biggest strength factor, while the surface bent towards the movement, a smooth form, has a smaller strength factor. Therefore, it is clear why the first flying saucers had such a form: flat from below and smooth from above. These flying saucers can fly without anti-gravitation, they simply lean against the air. According to the calculations, to lift a real flying device, the pusher corpse must vibrate with ultrasonic frequency. The lowest level is 10 kilohertz, if the shear upwards within one vibration is 1 mm, the speed of the strictly vertical lifting is 10 meters a second.

Q. Pavel, this is not journalism, this is a real working scheme, an invention. And you openly tell about it.

A. All rights were already reserved, though top secret. Many specialists from different spheres know about it, though they prefer to keep silent. However, it is very important to tell people about it: they should not be afraid of UFOs.

Really, people could become panic-stricken while seeing in the sky a luminous ellipsoid silently moving with great speed. It is clear why the extraterrestrial myth appeared. In some degree, US military could have been justified. A top secret plan was necessary to protect the new creations from Soviet spies. According to some information, initial design of such flying devices was stolen by the Americans from captive German engineers. British pilots saw small UFOs over German territory, which seemed to emerge towards the attacking bombers. Later, the myth was spread, so it lost its mystery. Nobody wanted to be responsible for misinformation. Soviet engineers in their turn understood that the flying saucers existed, so it was by then a common military secret.

Q. And when did this happen?

A. The discernment came in the 1970s. I remember one noticeable report on the Vremya informational television program. Soviet scientist Shklovsky proved that we are alone in the universe and that there are no extraterrestrials. At that time, this meant that this was the government and the party position. At that time, some UFO publications started to penetrate into the mass media to cancel the psychosis, while the system organized by KGB system of gathering information about UFOs over USSR territory was only for counterintelligence needs.

The book Liquidation of the UFO (in Russian) was published in Krasnoyarsk in 2002, while, on the Internet it can also be found (in Russian, too) on Krasu.ru

KGB Unveils UFO Secrets?

The Russian newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda" published a series of five articles under a loud headline "KGB Unveiled UFO Secrets". These publications are based upon materials of a so-called "blue file" that the KGB once compiled concerning activity of Russian ufologists. However, the newspaper unveiled no secrets at all: the publications mentioned just several instances when UFOs were registered over Soviet military objects. What do these KGB documents testify to? Do extraterrestrials actually exist? Or, is it possible that the truth is more prosaic? Researcher from the Russian city of Krasnoyarsk Pavel Poluyan tells about it.

Let-s Liquidate UFO!

I saw a UFO for the first time on April 26, 1989: there was a large luminous ball flying over the Kama river. In fact, it was a thin air stratum around the ball that was glowing: some part of the ionized gas was blown away by an onrushing flow, and a short flickering track remained behind the apparatus. The case was called later "UFO over Perm" and was described in the press many times as lots of witnesses saw the phenomenon.

It took me several years to outline a practical scheme explaining the phenomenon I saw. As it turned out, everything could be explained even without fantastic hypotheses, but with non-typical aerodynamic effects. The effects are perfectly known more or less now, at least nobody recalls antigravitation when sees the flight of a disk-shaped baby plane designed by the Saratov EKIP concern. How does it fly without wings and propellers? When my article on principles of UFO flights was published in "Komsomolskaya Pravda" on November 1, 1995, the editorial staff illustrated the text with the picture of the UFO produced in Saratov, the baby plane I-ve already mentioned.

Later, the TV station "Afontovo" in the Russian city of Krasnoyarsk produced a video where the story that I narrated was supplied with shooting done in the laboratory of superlight aircrafts in the Siberian aerospace academy and in the laboratory of the strong magnetic field in the Krasnoyarsk Physics Institute. In 2001, I brought my materials to the editorial office of the popular Russian newspaper "Top Secret", but instead of a publication I met with a strange man. Some man found me in Krasnoyarsk and asked different questions in exchange for generous financing. He wanted to know whether I knew of what material a flying discs body is done, if it can land on water, what is more, the man wanted to find out with what scientists I cooperated when I wrote my materials. After that I understood perfectly well that my surmises concerning secret apparatuses designed in the USA (and later in the Soviet Union as well) corresponded the reality, and that I must expound my version in detail. This is how my book Liquidation of UFO appeared, now it is available on many Internet websites.

You may ask why the KGB left me alone and allowed to publish my works. The problem is that I guessed the scheme of the first UFO, those that the USA tested at the end of the 1940s v beginning of the 1950s. Modern models are more complicated, I learnt it from emails from readers who were somehow connected with design and production of such aircrafts.

The recent publications in "Komsomolskaya Pravda" has come in handy. My opinion is that it-s high time for the KGB to "unveil the UFO secret" so that people could learn the truth from Russia, as it cannot be obtained from American mystifiers.

Some romantic readers may say that what I-m going to tell is just one of the versions. However, what you are going to read right now is the truth. But first of all we must separate real "flying objects" from other unidentified phenomena, as such cases were actually observed as well.

A group of ionospheric UFOs can be singled out from the unidentified phenomena: these are many-colored lights zigzagging the sky at an unbelievably high speed. These are not objects in fact, but ionospheric spots of reflected light that appear as a result of gas glowing in the spot where two radar rays with definite characteristics cross. Synchronized moving of the rays produces the spots of reflected light that cross the sky at any speed and along any trajectory. Such experiments on modification of the ionospheric environment draw attention of the community.

Another group of UFO phenomena is made up by those that psychologist Jung described. The fact is that a visual picture produced by the brain is exactly a picture. In other words, it is not transported from the retina into our consciousness, but appears as a result of procession of the information that the brain receives. Sometimes some alien images can intrude into this picture, just exactly the way when some uninvited banner comes up on your computer monitor when you surf the Internet. For example, when a child sees a dwarf going out of a wardrobe, he actually SEES the dwarf, as his brain cannot yet protect the visual picture from other signals.

The same can be observed with adults: the brain work is disturbed under the influence of high-frequency radiation, and strange objects interfere into the visual picture. It is no wonder that visions of this kind occur when people see "flying objects": unlike pilots in a shielded cockpit, accidental witnesses are no protected from microwave radiation from these aircrafts.

And now let-s speak about real UFOs. We all remember an old newsreel on aviation history where some strange apparatus, something like a huge umbrella with an engine and a pilot, was demonstrated together with antiquated biplanes and gliders. The "umbrella" twitched up and down, when it went down, the apparatus took off and when the umbrella moved up, the aircraft got back to the surface. The umbrella-plane was tested by inventor Chance Vought in America in 1911.

As founder of the Russian aircraft construction Zhukovsky said, there is rest everywhere in the air. The umbrella plane from the old newsreel is certainly very funny, but do you think that practical Americans spent money on construction of the craft just for fun? Certainly not. The principle of flight based on formation of compression under the vibrating surface is not worse than that used in traditional planes where the lift (the difference of pressures) arises at the expense of asymmetrical streamline of a wing with the oncoming air. In 1911, there were no technologies to use the principle of flight to the maximum.

During WWII German aviation engineers employed this principle. But they managed to create only models of one meter long, however, those UFOs scared American and English pilots very much when glowing balls appeared right before their bombers.

At the end of the 1940s, the first flying discs resembling telephone dynamic speakers appeared: their huge membranes vibrated at a supersonic speed, and a streamline top part consisting of two spherical segments guaranteed the difference of the drag from above and from the bottom. A thin metal membrane was set vibrating with a system of impulse electromagnets (later Russian engineers employed this technology in electropulse anti-icers, on the wings of IL-86 planes for instance).

Now I would like to say about "a mysterious material ray" that flying discs emit. Ufologists say that with the help of this ray extraterrestrials take people on board their aircrafts. The situation is more prosaic in fact: molecules are centrifuged and separated in the whirl zone, moisture is frozen out of the air in the cooled area and as a result of it small crystals form. The light emitted by the activation zone is shining on the crystals. Thus, a UFO 50 meters high described in the article in "Komsomolskaya Pravda" is not an object itself, but the area consisted of whirls that it illuminated. The glowing zone stops where the lowest whirl loses the energy as it expanses and ceases to freeze crystals.

When the Soviet borders grew weaker as a result of perestroika, American spy UFOs flooded the sky over Russia. Unfortunately, they were not only collecting information. In December 1989, policemen in the Russian city of Krasnoyarsk saw that several dark flying discs were trying to experiment on electric mains going to the Krasnoyarsk aluminum plant. However, we should also feel for Americans as they have been fooled with extraterrestrial fairy tales all this time, and the misinformation was spread intentionally. I tried to demonstrate how it is done on the example of the book UFO FBI CONNECTION. The Secret History of the Government’s Cover-Up by Bruce Maccabee, Ph.D. however, when a part of my book was published in English, the author emailed to me to express his disagreement.

So, the childish fantasy about extraterrestrial beings is currently being turned into a real spy novel. I would like to add that the disclosures I-ve done were not inspired and financed by the FSB, they are the result of my private, years-long research. I used my personal finance for the researches.

It is certainly very sad to give up the myth about extraterrestrials. But it-s time to grow older and say good-bye to fairy tales. I am not a confirmed sceptic-rationalist.

Be sure, dear readers, there are more interesting things in the world than extraterrestrial beings, immortality of the soul and its post mortem fate. And those who have been spreading lies in the information sphere and fooling the humanity for 60 years already must remember this.

Let’s Liquidate the Myth of the UFO!

In November of 2007 a group of military pilots from different countries addressed the with a demand to open all secret files concerning flying saucers.

Previously in England and France the material containing observations and deductions by experts in regards to flying saucers was made open to the public. In Russia in May 2007, the newspaper of the Russian Minister of Defense "Red Star" featured a lengthy article called "UFO - Farewell to a Legend" by researcher Pavel Polyan. The article contains material collected from many years of journalistic investigation, in which Pavel Polyan discovered that flying saucers are vehicles built on earth and used by the secret military services of the US for spying and perhaps by the Soviet Union as well. Below is an abridged version of Pavel Polyan’s article.

The last issues of the newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda" published a series of five articles under the loud headline "KGB Unveils UFO Secrets". Some romantic readers may think that what I’m going to say is just one of the many versions. However, what you are going to read right now is the truth. But first of all we must separate real "flying objects" from other unidentified phenomena, as such cases are observed as well.

A group of ionospheric UFOs can be singled out from the unidentified phenomena: these are many-colored lights zigzagging the sky at an unbelievably high speed. These are not objects in fact, but ionospheric spots of reflected light that appear as a result of gas glowing in the spot where two radar rays with specific characteristics cross. Synchronized movement of the rays produces the spots of reflected light that cross the sky at any speed and along any trajectory. Such experiments on modification of the ionospheric environment draw the attention of the public.

Another group of UFO phenomena is made up by those which psychologist Cal Jung has described. The fact is that a visual picture produced by the brain is exactly a picture. In other words, it is not transported from the retina into our consciousness, but appears as a result of processing of the information that the brain receives.

The same can be observed with adults: the brain’s work is disturbed under the influence of high-frequency radiation, and strange objects invade the visual picture. It is no wonder that visions of this kind occur when people see "flying objects". Unlike pilots who are in a shielded cockpit, accidental witnesses are not protected from microwave radiation that is emitted from these aircrafts.

And now let’s speak about real "UFOs". I hope that readers will be able to compare the following kinds of apparatuses with those that are described in the "blue file". Counterintelligence agents collected only actual facts and knew perfectly well what kind of objects were flying over our military objects.

We all remember the old newsreel in aviation history where some strange apparatus, something like a huge umbrella with an engine and a pilot, was demonstrated together with antiquated biplanes and gliders. The "umbrella" twitched up and down, when it went down, the apparatus took off and when the umbrella moved up, the aircraft went back to the ground. The umbrella plane was tested by inventor Chance Vought in America in 1911. This very flying device was the ancestor of "flying saucers". The first flying saucers used the same scheme but on a higher technological level. The very form of the first flying saucers is flat from below, prominent and streamline on the top, which means that it was very important for these objects to be oriented with its flat surface down and with a higher head resistance. This fact alone is enough to understand that such discs rest upon the air.

As Zhukovsky, the founder of Russian aircraft construction, once said, there is someplce to rest on everywhere in the air. The umbrella plane from the old newsreel is certainly very funny, but do you think that practical Americans spent money on construction of the craft just for fun? Certainly not.

The principle of flight based on formation of compression under a vibrating surface is not worse than that used in traditional planes, where the lift (the difference of pressures) arises at the expense of asymmetrical streamline of a wing’s form in the oncoming air. In 1911, there were no technologies to use the principle of flight it’s maximum.

During WWII German aviation engineers employed this principle. But they managed to create only models of one meter long, however, those "UFOs" scared American and English pilots very much when glowing balls appeared right before their bombers.

At the end of the 1940s, the first flying saucers resembling telephone dynamic speakers appeared: their huge membranes vibrated at a supersonic speed, and a streamline top part consisting of two spherical segments guaranteed the difference of the drag from above and below. A thin metal membrane was set to vibrate with a system of impulse electromagnets (later Russian engineers employed this technology in electropulse de-icers, on the wings of Il-86 planes for example).

What is the essence of the aerodynamic effect?

As long as a flying saucer doesn’t push out anything like rockets do, there will be no lift. This something can be a ring whirl-vortex of air, as it doesn’t draw the disc back. The disc must rest on the vortex just for a couple of microseconds because another vortex is formed within this period. Air rejection gives rise to reactive force, and the disc takes off, and a vortex that appears under the disc prevents the disc from dropping down until another vortex is formed. The time between these vortexes is insignificant. The vortexes draw in much air as they revolve, consequently, a saucer can give it a bigger impulse within the period when a vortex is being formed, and the disc then moves higher.

However, the first flying saucers had many defects. First of all, the push surface couldn’t resist and broke, causing catastrophies. It was this "elastic foil" that US Air Force Captain Jesse Marcell found on a farmer’s field, this case gave rise to the sensation about the Roswell incident in July 1947. Secondly, the disc was unsteady and it fell sideways as it slipped off the vortexes. Thirdly, flying saucers with impulse electromagnets were heavy, with high power inputs and couldn’t cover long distances (as one source told me, the American military had to deliver their flying saucers to the Soviet shores on submarines). Certainly, this kind of aircraft was improved, but another generation of apparatuses appeared by that time, their airframes were not shaken with electromagnetic fields. It was made of piezoceramics and vibration appeared as a result of the piezoelectric effect. Apparatuses of this generation were no longer in a disc shape, they were balls, ellipses and other volumetric figures surrounded with a halo of ionized gas.

Finally, the third generation of flying discs consists of dark objects in which only small zones, vortex activators, are glowing. The light goes downwards when the disc takes off, to the side when it is to move sideways or the light shines in the form of a pointed bracket when manuevering. The zone of vortex activation appears in any part of the airframe covered with cells and contacts. Uneven cells are joined together (this is the base), and voltage is sent to the other cells through a regulating switchboard. The airframe is monolithic and doesn’t vibrate, but the adjoining air is artificially ionized, and current impulses that slip by at a megahertz frequency make it expand. The principle of thermal sources of sound is known rather well, but it wasn’t effectively used in other scientific fields.

Now I would like to mention "the mysterious material ray" that flying saucers emit. Ufologists say that with the help of this ray extraterrestrials take people on board their aircraft. The situation is more simple in fact. Molecules are centrifuged and separated in the vortex whirl zone, moisture is frozen out of the air in the cooled area and as a result small crystals form. The light emitted by the activation zone is shining on the crystals. Thus, a UFO 50 meters high described in the article in Komsomolskaya Pravda of February 11 is not an object itself, but the area consisting of vortexes that is illuminated. The glowing zone stops where the lowest vortex loses energy as it expands and ceases to freeze moisture crystals out of the air.

I tried to demonstrate how it is done using the examples from the book "UFO FBI CONNECTION. The Secret History of the Government`s Cover-Up" by Bruce Maccabee, Ph.D. however, when a part of my book was published in English, the author emailed to me to express his disagreement.

So, the childish fantasy about extraterrestrial beings is currently being turned into a real spy novel. I would like to add that the disclosures I’ve made were not inspired and financed by the FSB, they are the result of my private, years-long research. I used my personal finances to conduct the research.

It is certainly very sad to give up the myth of extraterrestrials. But it’s time to grow up and say good-bye to fairy tales. I am not saying so as a confirmed sceptic rationalist, simply as a grown up.

Be sure, dear readers, there are more interesting things in the world than extraterrestrial beings. The immortality of the soul and its post mortem fate for example. And those who have been spreading lies in the information sphere and fooling humanity for 55 years already must remember this.
